Get urgent help
GOJO is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are dealing with self-harm or suicide, contact a local crisis service or a trusted person who can stay with you.
Report and block
Use the menu on a profile, GOJO, Highlight, comment, or message to report the specific account, content, or conduct. Include accurate context and do not submit a report to intimidate or retaliate against someone. Blocking can limit contact and visibility, but it is not a substitute for reporting a safety concern.
What happens after a report
GOJO records the report, limits access to trained personnel, and reviews it under the applicable policy. We may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to authorities. We may not be able to share every detail because of privacy, security, and legal obligations.
We prioritize imminent danger, child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, account compromise, and coordinated abuse. You may contact josh@gojonetwork.com when the in-app reporting flow is unavailable.
Non-consensual intimate images
Do not post, threaten to post, or request intimate images of a person without their consent. This includes real, altered, or AI-generated imagery that appears to depict an identifiable person. A person depicted, their authorized representative, or another eligible reporter may submit a removal request through the in-app reporting tools or by emailing josh@gojonetwork.com with the subject “Intimate image removal request.”
A complete request should identify the content, state that it was shared without consent, include a good-faith statement, provide contact information, and include any signature or verification required by applicable law. GOJO may ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the material, confirm eligibility, prevent misuse, and communicate the result.
For a valid request covered by the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act, GOJO will remove the reported content and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within 48 hours. We may preserve limited evidence when required by law or needed for safety and appeals.
Appeals
Users may appeal eligible content or account decisions through the notice or account settings. Appeals should explain why the decision was mistaken and may include relevant context. A different reviewer should assess the appeal where practicable. Serious or repeated misuse of the appeal or reporting process may be restricted.
Law-enforcement and legal requests
Law-enforcement and legal requests may be sent to josh@gojonetwork.com. GOJO reviews requests for validity, scope, and jurisdiction and may reject or narrow requests that are unlawful or overbroad. Emergency requests must clearly identify the requesting agency, describe the imminent risk, and identify the information sought.
