Eligibility and availability
GoShop is available only where GOJO has enabled it and where permitted by law. Offers may be limited by age, location, account standing, supply, and offer-specific terms. Any age restriction or additional requirement will be shown before an affected user can redeem an offer.
Offers and redemption
- Each offer will show the required GO, eligibility, quantity limits, expiration, fulfillment method, and any material restrictions before confirmation.
- GO is not purchased, is not cash, and has no exchange rate or guaranteed value.
- A redemption is complete only after GOJO confirms it. Placing an item in a cart or starting a request does not reserve it.
- GOJO may limit, cancel, or reverse a redemption affected by fraud, abuse, technical error, ineligibility, or unavailable inventory. If appropriate, committed GO will be restored.
Digital codes, physical items, and gifts
Digital codes may be subject to a third party's terms and may expire as disclosed. Physical items require accurate delivery information and may not be available in every region. A gift becomes subject to the recipient's eligibility and any acceptance deadline shown in the app.
Do not sell, trade, or use GoShop items, codes, or gifts for fraud, money laundering, commercial resale, or other prohibited activity.
Problems and support
If an eligible item is missing, damaged, invalid, or materially different from its description, contact support through the app within the period shown with the offer. GOJO will review the record and may replace the item, restore GO, or provide another remedy required by law. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these rules.
Taxes and third parties
You are responsible for information reasonably needed to fulfill an offer and for taxes or reporting obligations that law places on you. Third-party merchants and delivery providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices; GOJO will identify them when material.
