Before you report
Copyright protects original expression; trademark law protects names, logos, and source identifiers. Not every use is unlawful. Fair use, criticism, commentary, parody, news reporting, and other exceptions may apply. Knowingly making a false claim can have legal consequences.
Copyright notices
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice to Gojo Network, Inc. by email at josh@gojonetwork.com or by mail at 15125 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, United States.
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identify the GOJO material to be removed with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- State in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Include a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent. It must identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information, contain the statements and consent to jurisdiction required by applicable law, and include your signature. We may restore the material after the legally required waiting period unless the claimant tells us that court action has been filed.
Repeat infringement
GOJO may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may act against users who repeatedly submit abusive or fraudulent notices. We consider valid notices, counter-notices, reversals, account history, and relevant context.
Trademark reports
Trademark owners or authorized agents may report content by emailing josh@gojonetwork.com. Include the mark, registration details if available, the owner, the allegedly infringing material, how the use is likely to cause confusion, and your contact information. GOJO may ask for additional information and may forward the report to the affected user.
