Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Gojo Network, Inc., 15125 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, United States, for use of the Service. They are effective September 25, 2026. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you and must provide consent where the law requires it.
Your account
- Give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where law provides otherwise.
- Do not sell, transfer, rent, or share access to your account.
- One person may use only the accounts and features GOJO permits. Do not evade a suspension or restriction by creating another account.
Using GOJO
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, GO and GOJO Rules, GoShop Rules, Safety and Reporting policy, and Copyright and Trademark policy.
- Do not harm, threaten, exploit, impersonate, deceive, harass, or violate another person's rights.
- Do not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, scrape without permission, introduce malicious code, or use automation in an unauthorized way.
- Do not manipulate GOJOs, GO balances, rewards, rankings, referrals, reports, or other systems.
- Do not use GOJO for illegal gambling, unlawful contests, or transactions involving prohibited goods or services.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give GOJO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where copies must remain for legal, safety, backup, or technical reasons.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction or payment to you.
GO, GOJOs, and GoShop
GO is a limited, in-app unit governed by the GO and GOJO Rules. It is not money, a bank balance, cryptocurrency, or property; it cannot be bought from GOJO, transferred between users, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Service. GoShop availability and redemption are governed by the GoShop Rules and the terms shown with each offer.
GOJO may correct balances affected by error, fraud, reversal, or rule violations. Any material change to how GO or rewards work will be disclosed before it applies.
Moderation, suspension, and appeals
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, protect people or the Service, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and offer an appeal. We may act without advance notice in urgent safety, security, fraud, or legal situations.
Account deletion
You can request permanent deletion in the app's account settings. After the required confirmation, access ends and deletion processing begins. Remaining GO is forfeited, while existing commitments or records may be settled or retained as described in the applicable rules and Privacy Policy. Some limited records may remain where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or system integrity.
Service changes and disclaimers
We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when a change materially affects users where reasonably possible. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. GOJO does not promise uninterrupted operation or that user or AI-generated content will be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
