What GO is
GO is a limited in-app unit. It is not money, a bank account, cryptocurrency, security, or property. You cannot buy GO from GOJO, cash it out, transfer it to another person, or use it outside the Service. GOJO may set earning, holding, entry, or use limits, including stronger limits for teens.
Creating and joining GOJOs
- A GOJO must clearly state the question, available choices, participation window, resolution source or method, and any GO commitment before a user joins.
- Joining must be free of any real-money stake or purchase requirement.
- Hosts must choose objective, verifiable terms and must not create GOJOs about illegal activity, death or serious injury, targeted harassment, intimate conduct, or other prohibited subjects.
- Users may not participate using non-public information, collude, use multiple accounts, automate entries, exploit errors, or manipulate the outcome or resolution.
Resolution and settlement
GOJOs resolve under the terms shown when users join. GOJO may use the identified source, a host action subject to review, or an authorized resolution process. If a result is unclear, invalid, manipulated, cancelled, or affected by a material error, GOJO may pause settlement, void the GOJO, restore eligible commitments, or correct the ledger.
Once a GOJO has started, material terms should not change. If a necessary correction would disadvantage participants, GOJO may cancel rather than rewrite the deal.
Fair play and enforcement
GOJO may investigate unusual activity, limit participation, reverse an incorrect ledger entry, withhold a reward, void a GOJO, or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, manipulation, abuse, legal risk, or technical error. Eligible decisions may be appealed through the in-app process.
Platform rules
Any special contest or promotion sponsored by GOJO will have separate official rules in the app, including eligibility, dates, judging or winner criteria, prize details, and required platform disclaimers. Apple and Google are not sponsors of GOJOs or GOJO promotions unless the specific official rules expressly say otherwise.
